Our Story
As a benefits professional for nearly (30) years, Beth has worked as a Corporate Benefits Director for Fortune 1000 companies and as a benefits consultant, advising companies of all sizes in plan design and implementation of Employee Benefit programs.
With a depth of experience as both a Benefit client and Benefit advisor, Beth founded The Fincher Consulting Group where her focus has shifted to individuals, families, and entrepreneurs to help them customize insurance options to mitigate individual risks and expenses.
In addition, Beth focuses on assisting employers of all sizes with supplemental benefit programs to accomplish their workforce strategies in recruiting and retaining highly productive employees. Every employee has unique needs, and offering access to a variety of supplemental benefit programs can be a significant part of meeting the employees’ needs and achieving the organization’s goals.
Beth is a native of Atlanta, and her background includes a B.S. in Management from Georgia Tech, and a M.S. Human Resources from Georgia State University. She has been a Licensed Health Insurance Agent for over (20) years.
For most of his career, Ron has focused on the unique business needs of Individuals and Small Business owners. From 1996-2001, he achieved success as a District Manager with ADP Employer Services, serving the Payroll & Benefits needs of Small Businesses with 2-50 employees.
In 2001, he entered the practice of Employee Benefits consulting with a prominent local Group Benefits Practice, providing professional benefits consulting & support services for Small Businesses and their employees. After (14) years of Group Benefits practice with (3) major benefits firms, The Fincher Group was started with the mission to serve the benefit needs of individuals, families, and entrepreneurs.
For the past (8) years, believing that “Protection of Health = Protection of Wealth” Ron has focused on providing advice, solutions, and support for those seeking the optimal balance of coverage for Medical, Dental, and many other important benefit solutions to protect the Health & Financial Wellness of individuals, families, and entrepreneurs.
